Coastal regions are also showing strong momentum, with both Puntarenas and Limon posting a robust 47 percent outlook. Alajuela remains highly competitive at 46 percent, while Cartago and San Jose report more moderate expectations at 32 percent and 29 percent, respectively. Conversely, Guanacaste trails the country with a conservative 9 percent projection.

Mega-corporations employing more than 5,000 workers report the strongest appetite for new talent, yielding a Net Employment Outlook of 54 percent.
